Adele has a lot of plans for her fans and audience. Adele is highly anticipated that she will be seen starring in a televised UK concert special on Sunday which is right after the release of “30” which is her new album.
This special which was titled “An Audience With Adele” was filmed at the London Palladium. This is expected to be aired on November 21 at 7:25 p.m. GMT, it will be broadcast exclusively on ITV and its on-demand service named ITV Hub.
Adele posted a video on Instagram where she was in the concert singing her cherished classic “Rolling in the Deep.” She was wearing a black off-the-shoulder dress, looking absolutely fit and pretty, she was surrounded by stars and celebrities who were dancing and singing along with her. Adele dropped her latest album “30” on Friday, which was her first album release since 2015. It has been doing great and is expected to be a massive seller.
Her fourth studio album has a total of 12 songs on the tracklist, including her breakthrough single, “Easy on Me,” which exploded on the charts and streaming services when it was released last month.
“As one of the world’s most in-demand stars, we are beyond thrilled to bring this one-off night to ITV,” Katie Rawcliffe, the head of entertainment commissioning at ITV, said in a statement. “Adele is a remarkable artist and this will be a very special event.”
“Friends, family, fans, her own personal heroes and heroines, other musicians, artists, actors, sportsmen and sportswomen, and more” were among Adele’s guests at the special event, according to ITV.
With “Easy on Me,” a heartbreak ballad about Adele’s divorce from entrepreneur Simon Konecki, the singer returned to the top of the UK charts and set a new national record for most streaming in a week.
The song was streamed 24 million times in seven days, breaking Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings” record of 16.9 million streams set in 2019.
Adele divorced Konecki, the CEO of a nonprofit, in 2019. She and Konecki, who lives across the street in Los Angeles, share a 9-year-old son Angelo.
In an exclusive interview with Rolling Stone magazine, the renowned singer said she was “embarrassed” by the divorce, but that she wrote the album to explain who she was and how the divorce affected her life to her son.
“It’s sensitive for me, this record, just in how much I love it …” Adele told American Vogue in an interview with Abby Aguirre. “I’m not letting go of this one. This is my album. I want to share myself with everyone, but I don’t think I’ll ever let this one go.”
Adele performed at Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles on November 14 for the CBS special “Adele One Night Only.” In the November issue of Vogue magazine, the singer became the first individual to appear on the cover of both the British and American editions, with interviews for both editions available online in early October.
