Following Bong Joon-unprecedented ho’s parasite almost three years ago, there has been a lot of speculation about what the future holds for him. There has been some disagreement between him and Succession director Adam McKay regarding the HBO parasite series variation in the works, but the first producer has voiced his enthusiasm for the project situated in the middle of the picture. Bong has reportedly been working on a vivacious Korean-language movie since 2018, with an apparent confirmation in mid-2021 that it would be his next film, but the nameless Mickey7 project appears to be embracing need as it rapidly comes together.
It’s also worth noting that, in addition to becoming Parasite leader Bong Joon-first ho’s true Hollywood studio venture, the film also marks Pattinson’s most recent significant studio effort at Warner Bros. Pattinson has been taking on more tentpole movies as of late, starting with his role in Christopher Nolan’s sci-fi activity smash Tenet, following his investigation into the realm of independent film following the closure of the Twilight film serial. Pattinson’s next appearance in the DC Comics universe will be in Matt Reeves’ The Batman, which will be released on March 4 by WB.
Robert Pattinson, who played Batman, is in talks to star in Bong Joon-next ho’s picture, which is now being developed at Warner Bros. The film, which has yet to be named, is a remake of Edward Ashton’s upcoming science fiction novel Mickey7, which is set in the future and follows a fictional disposable worker sent on a human mission to populate the ice globe Niflheim. Mickey7 was conscripted for the job since it would allow him to have another body recovered if he died, with most of his memories intact.
Bong Joon-ho began building a following in his home country of South Korea with his early films Baking Dogs Never Bite and the critically lauded wrongdoing thrill ride Memories of Murder, before breaking out in the international market with the 2006 monster thriller The Host. Bong would also gain international notoriety with his renowned adaptation of Snowpiercer, directed by Chris Evans, which he would later follow up with the well-received Netflix sci-fi experience Okja. The film producer recently made an indelible impression on the world with his black parody thrill ride Site, which won four Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Original Screenplay, and he now appears to be focused on the future.
